May fully kicked off our wedding season so we thought we'd share some highlights with you! We love being a part of people's special day and are very lucky with all of our couples with have worked with so far. We have been a part of some beautiful weddings where our cheese always goes down a storm!
Paul and Sini
This stack had the beautiful Old Town Hall in Ely as it's backdrop and went down a treat with Paul and Sini's guests. An impressive combination of English and French cheeses, their stack was created especially for them and they had full control over the final look. Finished off with props and simple decoration, this stack suited Paul and Sini perfectly.
Claire and Jason
Claire and Jason's gorgeous countryside wedding included a beautiful naked stack that was then cut down for their evening buffet. They picked a lovely combination of cheddar styles, blues and goats cheese that included traditional textures and fresh flavours. A cheese for every guest! We then returned to their venue in the evening and portioned their whole stack to create a cheese board for everyone to enjoy throughout the night. Looks pretty yummy to us!
Nicole and Matt
This rustic stack took centre stage at Nicole and Matt's South Farm wedding. Decorated with delicious fruit and veg, this stack included a great variety of cheeses. From a cheddar bases to blues and goats cheese along with punchy softs, this combination hit every spot and looked the part for their gorgeous wedding.
Ben and Vic
Ben and Vic's town wedding was a real showstopper and our cheese took centre stage. Held in the impressive Bedford Corn Exchange, their stack shone under the lights and was also cut down for their guests to enjoy as an evening buffet. A classic selection of cheddar styles, blues and softs, including tastes and textures to suit every palate, was finished off with fresh fruit and veg. Again, we returned to their venue to portion their cheese and laid out a rather impressive cheese table. All complete with decorations and names, the perfect accompaniment to dancing the night away.
May was a busy month for us and we're only getting busier! We love being a part of so many special days and bringing our cheese far and wide. Here's to the rest of 2019 and many more cheesy weddings to come!
